Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
Request Timing: Customers must request a refund within one week of adding new credits to their account.
Unused Credits: Refunds are only applicable if the customer has not utilized any of the credits within one week of purchase.
Previous Credit Usage: If a customer has previous credits and purchases new credits, and has utilized some of the previous credits, only the amount corresponding to the new credits will be refunded. Credits from the previous balance will not be refunded.
